Terms of Service

These Terms are a binding agreement between you and LinaTech LLC, a New York limited liability company doing business as PostReady (“PostReady,” “we,” or “us”). By creating an account, uploading content, or purchasing a job, you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you use PostReady for a business, you represent that you may bind that business.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter a contract. Keep your credentials confidential, provide accurate account information, and notify us promptly of unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity under your account unless caused by our failure to use reasonable security.

The service

PostReady uses automated tools to enhance uploaded video, identify moments, create captions, apply an optional Brand Kit, and format clips for selected platforms. Results and processing time vary with source material and provider availability. You must review every output for accuracy, permissions, and suitability before publishing it. PostReady does not publish to social networks for you or guarantee views, engagement, revenue, or platform acceptance.

Your content

• You retain ownership of your uploads and resulting clips.
• You grant us and our service providers a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, copy, transmit, modify, and process your content solely to operate, secure, support, and improve the requested service.
• You represent that you have all rights and consents required for the footage, audio, music, trademarks, personal information, and people depicted.
• We do not use customer video or audio to train our own or third-party general-purpose AI models.

Prohibited use

You may not use PostReady to upload, create, or distribute content that:

• is unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, defamatory, or infringes another person's rights;
• contains sexual exploitation, child sexual abuse material, or intimate imagery shared without consent;
• harasses, threatens, impersonates, or facilitates discrimination or violence;
• contains malware or attempts to probe, bypass, overload, reverse engineer, or disrupt the service;
• uses automated access except through interfaces we expressly provide; or
• violates a social platform's rules or applicable export or sanctions laws.

We may block processing, disable a share link, preserve evidence, report content where legally required, or suspend an account when reasonably necessary to protect people, the service, or comply with law.

Payments, delivery, and refunds

Prices and selected platforms are shown before checkout. Charges are one-time per job, processed by Stripe, with no recurring subscription. Taxes may apply. Delivery and refunds are governed by our Refund & Delivery Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms. You agree not to initiate an abusive or knowingly false payment dispute.

Intellectual-property and safety notices

To report copyright infringement, unauthorized intimate imagery, or another rights violation, follow our Content Removal Process. We may remove or disable material while reviewing a good-faith notice.

Third-party services

PostReady depends on hosting, storage, AI, transcription, payment, email, and orchestration providers. Their outages or changes may affect the service. Links and exported files used on third-party platforms are governed by those platforms' terms.

Service changes and termination

You may stop using PostReady at any time. We may change or discontinue features and may suspend or terminate access for a material or repeated breach, legal risk, security risk, nonpayment, or harm to others. Where practicable, we will give notice and an opportunity to download completed clips. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination—including ownership, payment, disclaimers, indemnity, and liability limits—will survive.

Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PostReady is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation. Nothing here excludes a warranty or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LinaTech LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages. Our aggregate liability arising from a job will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid for that job or $100. These limits do not apply where prohibited by law or to liability that cannot legally be limited.

Indemnity

If you use PostReady for a business, you will defend and indemnify LinaTech LLC from third-party claims and reasonable costs arising from your content, your publication or use of outputs, or your material violation of these Terms, except to the extent caused by our breach or misconduct.

Governing law and general terms

New York law governs these Terms without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in Erie County, New York have exclusive jurisdiction, except either party may seek injunctive relief where appropriate and consumer law may provide otherwise. If a provision is unenforceable, the remainder remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them with a merger, financing, reorganization, or sale of the service. These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and Refund & Delivery Policy are the entire agreement about PostReady.

Changes and contact
