Refund & Delivery Policy

Last updated July 25, 2026

Our promise is simple: a full refund if we can't deliver. Here's exactly what that means.

What “delivery” means

A job is delivered when we produce at least one finished, enhanced clip(audio cleanup, stabilization, captions, and any branding you've set up), formatted for the platform(s) you paid for and available to download. Some videos yield up to three clips; the estimate shown before payment is an upper bound, and one clip is the guaranteed minimum.

You get a full refund if

  • We can't produce even the one guaranteed clip from your video.
  • Something fails on our end and we can't deliver your clips.

When our system determines that your video cannot produce the guaranteed clip, it requests a refund automatically. Other processing failures are reviewed so we can retry delivery or issue the refund. We only tell you a refund was issued after Stripe accepts it. Refunds return to the original payment method and typically take about 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank.

Before you pay

We scan your video first. If it can't produce even one clip (for example, it's too short, too long, or unreadable), checkout is blocked and you're never charged — so there's nothing to refund. Please make sure your footage meets the upload requirements shown at upload; we can't guarantee results on content that violates them.

What isn't a refund trigger

Delivering fewer clips than the (higher) estimate, as long as at least the one guaranteed clip is delivered, is not a failure to deliver. If you're unhappy with a delivered result, email us anyway — we'd rather make it right than leave you unhappy.
