Privacy Policy

This Policy explains how LinaTech LLC, doing business as PostReady (“PostReady,” “we,” or “us”), handles personal information when you visit postready.co, create an account, upload a video, purchase processing, receive clips, or contact us.

Information we collect

• Account and contact data: email address, authentication identifiers, optional phone number, and support communications.
• Customer content: source video and audio, transcripts, generated clips and captions, logos, colors, business names, and taglines. Content may contain personal information about you or other people.
• Transaction data: selected platforms, price, payment status, Stripe customer and payment identifiers, refunds, and related timestamps. We do not receive or store full payment-card numbers.
• Usage and technical data: IP address, browser and device information, authentication/session cookies, request logs, job status, processing diagnostics, security events, and approximate timing.

Sources and purposes

We receive information from you, your device, our service providers, and the operation of the service. We use it to authenticate users; accept and validate uploads; process, store, and deliver clips; apply Brand Kits; process payments and refunds; send transactional messages; provide support; prevent abuse and fraud; debug and secure the service; comply with law; and establish or defend legal claims. We do not use customer video, audio, or transcripts to train our own or third-party general-purpose AI models.

How we disclose information

We disclose only what is reasonably needed to providers acting for us:

• Vercel for application hosting and delivery;
• Supabase for database, authentication, and job state;
• Cloudinary for video and image storage and delivery;
• Modal for GPU and media processing;
• AssemblyAI for transcription and OpenAI for clip selection;
• Inngest for workflow orchestration;
• Stripe for checkout, payment, fraud prevention, and refunds; and
• Resend for transactional email.

Providers process data under their own security and privacy commitments and may operate in the United States or other countries. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, during a corporate transaction, or at your direction. We do not sell personal information, share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, or use third-party advertising cookies.

Sharing clips

Clips are private by default. If you intentionally enable or distribute a share link, anyone with that link may be able to view the clip until sharing is disabled or the link expires. Do not share a link unless you have permission from people depicted. Rights and safety complaints are handled through our Content Removal Process.

Retention

Account information and job records are retained while your account is active and afterward only as reasonably needed for support, fraud prevention, accounting, disputes, security, and legal obligations. Source files, generated media, transcripts, and Brand Kit assets are currently retained so you can access completed work until you delete them, close your account, or request deletion. Provider backups and logs may persist for a limited period under provider retention schedules. We may retain minimal records of a deletion, payment, refund, abuse report, or legal request when required for compliance.

Security and incidents

We use safeguards designed for the nature of the data, including access controls, encrypted transport, restricted service credentials, signed vendor requests, and audit and failure records. No system is perfectly secure. If a breach requires notice, we will notify affected people and regulators as required by applicable law.

Your privacy choices and rights

• Access, correct, or delete your account information and customer content.
• Request a portable copy of personal information you provided.
• Object to or restrict certain processing where applicable.
• Withdraw consent where processing depends on consent.
• Appeal a denied privacy request where applicable and complain to your regulator.

Email pakprotector@gmail.com with “Privacy Request” and the account email. We may verify your identity and authority before acting. We will respond within the period required by applicable law. Authorized agents may submit requests, subject to verification. We will not discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right. Because we do not sell or share personal information for behavioral advertising, there is no sale or targeted-advertising opt-out to process.

Children

PostReady is a business service for adults and is not directed to anyone under 18. Do not create an account for or knowingly submit personal information directly from a child. An adult may upload footage depicting a minor only when the adult has all required authority and consent. If you believe a child provided information directly, contact us so we can investigate and delete it.

International use

PostReady is operated from the United States. If you use it elsewhere, your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States and other countries where our providers operate, subject to applicable safeguards.

Changes and contact

We may update this Policy to reflect product, provider, or legal changes. We will post the revised date and provide additional notice for material changes when reasonably practicable. Privacy questions or requests may be sent to pakprotector@gmail.com.
